Place and location are great. Public Parking is also available just one minute walk from the facility

Stairs ... the facility is on second floor and stairs are small, but this is normal in old part of Split

We had a great 2 night stay and would definitely come back when visiting Split!

- Very clean and comfortable room that has been very well maintained and looked after by the owner - The location is perfect with just a very short walk to the city center - The owner has done a great job in providing breakfast options in either a hotel or nearby restaurant which saves the hassle to search for places to have breakfast in the morning - The building is next to a big parking zone which the owner can provide a discount for if you come by car

Amazing location, literally near the shops and bus/taxi station, very clean, great shower and wifi.

The location is perfect, once you step out of the complex you are steps away from the old town and all of the stores and tons of restaurants. The room looked exactly like in the pictures and was very clean and tidy. The size of the room is perfect for our family of 3. Wifi was excellent, streaming netflix has not been a problem :) A/C works like a charm as well and the shower was just amazing (AND CLEAN!!). The owner/host Danira was really great, very helpful and always willing to help whenever you have questions. She even went out of her way to get our little girl a birthday present while we we're staying there and she turned 3 years old. Who does something like that nowadays? Danira does ;) We felt very welcome, as if we were visiting family.
